Fall Break

We were lucky to have Bryan home with us for an entire week for his fall break- it was heavenly! (For me) Bryan wouldn't consider it quite a break because I put him to work on our huge list of projects around the house. He spent a lot of time at Home Depot, but the end result is beautiful. Thanks Bry, you're the hottest carpenter ever!

He put up crown molding

And chair rail, a screen door, painted a bathroom, and cabinets, AND loaded about a hundred stone slabs into our back yard. (I'll take pictures of that when we get it done- maybe next year!)

Well deserved meal at the Olive Garden with our angels

Out for a walk

Who wouldn't love waking up to this smile every morning?

Hyrum's Trains

Last year we got Hyrum a Thomas Train set for Christmas. It has become both a blessing and a curse. Whenever we set it up we hardly see him for days. He throws a tantrum if we try and feed him. It fills his entire room so there's hardly any room to walk, which makes it a crazy whenever I need clothes or diapers. But he loves it and even says gooodnight and blows it a kiss. What a BOY!

The Joys of Virginia

One of the perks of living in Virginia is the weather October thru June. It is perfect for our kids who love to spend all day outside.

Hyrum is such a sweet big brother he is truly living up to his name. He is the best Christmas present ever!

Our Kids Are Too Cute!

DISCLAIMER: IF YOU DON'T LIKE LOOKING AT PICTURES OF HYRUM AND IVY YOU SHOULD STOP VIEWING THIS BLOG. THANK YOU.

I just can't stop taking pictures of my kids they're too cute...

Back in Virginia- September 2008

We made it back to Virginia with shockingly little drama. It was so hard to leave family, but it's made easier by our amazing friends.
Cortney and Jason are some friends we are so grateful for. We went to their house for dinner and had a blast. Cortney is a professional photographer and took these amazing pictures. Thanks you guys!

Hyrum's Fishing Adventure

We went up to the Cabin in the Uintas to get some mountian time in. It was a peaceful trip even though we all had hayfever.
Grandpa, Luci, Paul, Jack were so great to take Hyrum fishing even though he wasn't on his best behavior.
I hope this is the first of MANY fishing trips Hyrum can take with his Grandpa. Some of my most precious memories are of fishing with my Grandpa.

And he actually caught a fish!

Hangin' at the Condo

We are so lucky to have two sets of parents who have room to take us in when we visit. Grandma Nancy's is so fun because there's an amazing pool and play area and there's LOTS of cousins to run around with. Grandma and Grandpa Webb live right downtown so it's wonderful to hop on the train and go pretty much anywhere.

Most of the time we spent at the condo downtown was stuck inside waiting for kids naps to be over. Luckily, there was lots of good food, good movies and good company.

Hyrum asleep on Amy- he loves her so much he has to know where she is everyday and talk to her on his play phone

Luci being a sweet aunt to Ivy

Bountiful Pool

Luci, Amy and I drove into Bountiful to get some serious energy out of the kids. Hopefully we'll be able to spend more time there next year, it was so fun!

Don't be jealous of our tan skin- it's a gift.

Amy helped with Ivy the whole trip. I wouldn't have been able to go anywhere without her- Thanks AMY!!!

Darling Jack and Luci

Silly Hyrum squirting everyone

Mini Dinosaur Hunters

Hyrum has been super close with his sweet cousins Ella and Isaac (Jen and Tyler's kids), so it was so fun to go to the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point with them. The kids had a blast getting dirty with the interactive displays.

Getting seriously muddy

SCARY

Who knew paint brushes, sand, and fake bones could be so entertaining? They could have stayed here for days.

More Utah Fun

Bry crusin' with the kids at the Children's Museum
Hyrum and Ivy watching the kids at the Gateway fountain. The idea was for Hyrum to actually play in it.

We had a fun day at my Uncle Glen and Aunt Michelle's for a Webb family reunion. It was great to see so much family and visit and of course each some gooduns'.
