Books, Books, Books

In our home we love, love, love books.  Whether it's too cold, too rainy, or too hot to play outside, it's so nice to spend the day reading and laughing together.

Here's only a few of our favorites:
(I've only included the books I don't mind reading again, and again, and again...)

In a world where quality is being replaced by quick, cheap, and cut-rate, it's such fun to be blown away at the beautiful, heartfelt, insightful, witty, and just plain delightful creations these artists invent for children.

Most of these are our favorites too, but there are a couple that we haven't read yet - I'll have to find them at the library.

The first time I read "The Paper Bag Princess" to Megan, she told me that the prince was right - the princess should go and put a dress on and wait until someone came to rescue her because that's what princesses do. Totally missed the point, but it made me laugh.

Some of our favorites as well, some new. I will have to look them up. Thanks for the suggestions, especially on the reading them over and over again.

I don't think we've read any of these.. Time to take a trip to the library! Thanks for the recommendations! Camri's favorite book is still "Green Eggs and Ham". I can read it without looking at the book! :)
